There is no such procedure.It takes many years of constant hard work to learn Spanish to some degree of usefulness no matter which procedure you use.Try to learn some useful words and sentences.That does not take very long and some people may understand you.

Take lessons to build on your grammar (you can learn how to say and forget how to write propely), use learning programs to learn to understand it (e.g. Rosseta Stone, it gives you a good clear understanding of a language), attempt to practice (keeps it all in your mind and fresh).
Remember that there is no way to just *snap* learn a language, it takes time, ussually years. Just try to use modern methods to slowly learn a language, if you go too fast you WILL forget.
