What would be a good way to learn spanish?

I would like to learn spanish but I don’t really know where to start. What would be a good book/website/program/whatever that would help me learn to speak spanish fluently. It would have to be relatively inexpensive because I’m poor, haha . I’m hoping after I learn spanish I could learn French, Chinese and maybe Italian.

    spanish is so freaking easy man but you can go on google and look up spanish schools now they are really good my friend said spanish is easier than english too by the way.
