What is a good way of learning a language?
I like learning languages for fun on occasion and I would like to know a good way to remember all the words. I tend to learn things then forget later because I don’t keep up my study.
You’ve kind of stated what you need to do. The best way to keep up your knowledge of a language is to use it. Maybe you could keep a journal in the language or try going to foreign language sites on the net.

One of the best ways to learn a language is to have a boyfriend or girlfriend fluent in another language and spending time with them practicing their language.
Easier said than done, I guess, but there’s a lot more incentive to learn a language when you’re doing it with someone you care about, you know?
Otherwise, serious discipline and everyday practice are necessary.
